UV rays are harsh to most surfaces and substances from our skin and clothing to our artwork. Alcohol Inks are prone to fading when not treated properly and/or exposed to direct sunlight. To assist with the longevity of your piece, each original Alcohol Ink is sealed with 2 layers of varnish, 2 layers of UV resistant varnish, and sometimes with a glossy varnish finish. All framed Alcohol Ink pieces are framed with UV resistant glass. To best care for your original Alcohol Ink work, display without direct sunlight on your piece.

Alcohol Ink and Watercolor Giclées are professionally printed with archival inks that have a substantial longevity that keeps your piece beautiful for generations. Giclées are printed on acid-free, pH neutral Fine Art paper. It is also recommeneded to keep Giclées out of direct sunlight to maintain their vibrancy.
